A. Traditional house.

Guide: alright, now I'm gonna tell you about this traditional house. this house called Bale Gajah Tumpang Salu. Bale means Big, and Gajah means knowledge, Tumpang means Degrees, and Salu means there is consist of three parts such as Nista mandala, Madya mandala, and Utama mandala. Nista mandala is the place for receiving the guests or visitor who want to come inside the home. and Madya mandala is the place where all activities are done at room such as cooking, eating, and doing some ceremonies and ritual to our ancestral spirits. and then, Utama mandala is a very sacred place this place is used for worship to the gods, deity, relic and even putting the human corpse when passed away. women who are being menstruation and people who are dirty caused death in his family are not allowed to come inside to the Madya and Utama mandala. and the uniqueness of this house is the wall of the house made from the clay and built hundreds of years ago and still standing up now. besides that, has unique architecture although the earthquake comes this house has believed would not be broken. that's all a brief story about this house should you need something to ask please let me know.
Guest: my questions are you said that Utama mandala is a very sacred place and holy place but why you put the human corpse there and then, this house totally unique and has a strong history but, I saw not all the houses in this village are standing in the old style but they mostly in modern. why......?
Guide: alright, thank you for your interesting question. ok in regarding why we put the human corpse in our holy place. this is because of before we buried the corpse to the cemetery we should give the time lay to rest and doing purification. so that, through to ritual purification we do hope that he will rest in peace. that's all about this. and then, nowadays why people changed their style into the modern one. it is about a new era of globalization where the people follow their style to the modern. but here we still preserve some traditional houses and even though if people want to change their house into modern " YES" they can do that one thing to remember is the concept or form of the holy place can not be changed. thank you.

B. the community of Sidatapa English Corner.
     Besides we have culture, we also have a very interesting community to visit namely Free English course to the students and they only pay by plastic waste. this community is independent and established since 19 January 2019 and until now able to give free English course for sixteen branches to another village in Buleleng regency. the reason why we created this program because we would like to develop human resources to get job opportunities in the future. English is an international language and Bali is well known over the world, of course, we must be able to speak English to say hello and doing conversation with foreigner tourist. we were started from nothing and only has the dedication to do positive things to join and study together in hall place. beside giving education we also give them character building and caring with the environment. before they start to study they have to collect the plastic waste around their environment to be clean and green. the class only taught by a local volunteer and most of them currently still studying in the level of junior high school and senior high school. but they able to speak English and ready to be a volunteer without getting a fee at this moment. they sincere to share their knowledge and experiences with the students. here, we are so grateful to build this community even though we still have any weakness. but, since SEC established we able to welcome hundreds of foreigner tourists from different nationality to come to SEC to share tips about English materials. the class who joined this free course is starting from elementary, junior, senior, and public. and the class is available on Sunday at 15.00. and if the guest wants to visit instead of this day they can tell us one day before. so that, we can set up the students. that's all about SEC thank you for your attention.

C. Palm Sugar Production.
      In this village, we also have palm sugar production by our local people. such kind of palm sugar is natural to still water namely "TUAK" alcohol beverage and also natural Red sugar production. normally people climbing to the palm tree in the morning and afternoon time to slice stalk palm tree which will be taking the water of palm then processed into natural alcohol and red sugar. the process of how to make sugar is used by the heating method. the palm water is heated for 4-5 hours until the volume of water is less. and then make a mould to process the sugar by the cooling method and wait for it till dry. Red sugar is suitable to eat while we enjoy coffee and very sweet. thank you.

D. Handicraft produce.
     Sidatapa village most of the people are working as a farmer and handicraft. they make wickerwork made from bamboo and make various kind of souvenirs which is useful for everyone in daily life. people here doing this job as their daily activities while they don't have a job when the cloves season still not coming yet. the wickerwork they sell in local people or even in the art shop. the price is relative base on the product. if you want to see the items of the product please check on this site. http://ancientvillage.blogspot.com  thank you.

E. Waterfall.
     Sidatapa also has fascinating waterfall namely Tambalangan waterfall. this waterfall has about 100 meters of height and located about 15 minutes by motorbike from the temple of Sidetapa and it takes about 10 minutes trip by walking to the place. while walking to the place you will see natural view surrounded by coffee plantation, cloves plantation, and various kind of fruits. there is also a sky bridge in front of the waterfall where we can take a photo as the background. if you interested let's explore this hidden place and see something different.
